trattoria: noun, trat·to·ria, an example of a trattoria is a little Italian restaurant with only six tables that serves pasta and pizza.
Well, Grana fits that definition of an Italian Trattoria and more. In addition to our organically made wood fired pizza and daily fresh made organic pastas, we also offer Italian beef, Piedmontese bisteca, and fresh fish.
Quality chosen seafood. Fantastic organic salads. Organic tomato sauce made with American-grown organic plum tomatoes. We are not an American/Italian restaurant. We offer recipes and techniques you find not just from one region of Italy, but regions from the North Dolomites to the south of Sicily.
